Onboarding Process

a boost of our own.

We’ve recently gone through a bit of a makeover and we’re over the moon to be able to share what we’ve been working on with you. The Mindboost mantra is to simplify, create and inspire – and that’s exactly what we did. Our brand has been stripped back to cut through the noise in an oversaturated space, giving clarity and reassurance. We’ve also got our selves a brand-new website. This new look reflects our transition into clearer positioning and to simplify, create and inspire successful digital learning experiences for our clients.

We’ve expanded massively in recent years into creating bespoke digital learning and learning platform solutions for some huge names. Including fitness leader, Virgin Active, working on their employee certification and training platform. As well as working with the global name, Nestle Health Science, and a group of their health brands to create an innovative new learning platform. Inspiring bespoke content to allow their customers to become product and subject matter experts.

After gaining insight into the huge impact that successful digital learning can have on improving profitability, efficiency, employee engagement and business success, we’re able to use this insight to drive the business forward.

There has been a huge growth in appetite for bespoke digital learning development across all sectors within the UK and we love creating amazing experiences that inspire people to develop. Mindboost set its sights on continuing its growth and providing innovation to forward-thinking businesses by providing state-of-the-art bespoke digital learning content and platforms driven by insight. We are constantly learning and improving the experience of team members for our clients, whilst also supporting efficiencies and profitability for them with scalable solutions and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Along with our pretty exciting growth plans, we’ve seen a new hire in the form of a brand new Head of Marketing. Ben Jones joins Mindboost after 10 years in the industry working for various agencies and brands. Leaning on his expertise in the technology, lifestyle and digital space,

With the huge changes everyone has seen in working life, from new jobs and onboarding to hybrid working models – the need for efficient digital learning processes has never been more crucial. This has created a huge opportunity for us to help shape the future of digital learning and provide organisations with real problem-solving-based solutions with a clear return on profits, employee engagement and business efficiences.

Caleb Foster Digital Learning Geek
After gaining more than 20 years of experience in operational excellence in the hospitality and digital learning sectors, Caleb wanted to rid the world of dull ‘click next’ and ineffective elearning and solve the epidemic of uninspiring digital learning. Mindboost began back in 2016, when Caleb, saw a huge opportunity to create better quality digital learning content that connects with learners emotionally to encourage a desire to learn more. Caleb realised there was a lack of true understanding of an organisation’s culture and inner-working when learning providers were presented with a request from a client. So, the Mindboost team get under the cover of an organisation’s performance need and ultimately look to connect with learners emotionally. When a learner is connected emotionally, they tend to start believing in a change, this then generates a feeling and makes a greater impact within the organisation than just conveying information.
