Service Level Agreement

Once you agree to our terms and conditions, you can expect the following from MindBoost Learning as part of our service level agreement:

  • Support available between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
  • Response within five hours of receipt or next working day if received outside working hours
  • We will aim to apply technical updates to the Website, Store and LMS outside UK working hours to minimise any impact on our customers
  • Learning products and services will comply with best practice in learning standards and latest legislation
  • Feedback will be reviewed and, where appropriate, responded to within two weeks
  • All personal and sensitive data will be kept secure and in line with our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • MindBoost Learning reserves the right to amend this service level agreement from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the MindBoost Learning website
  • Customers will be allocated a short feedback form on completion of their learning and it is this feedback that helps drive continuous improvement
