Once you agree to our terms and conditions of sale, you can expect the following from Mindboost as part of our service agreement:

  • Support available between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
  • Response within five hours of receipt or next working day if received outside working hours
  • We will aim to apply technical updates to the Website, Store and LMS outside UK working hours to minimise any impact on our customers
  • Learning products and services will comply with best practice in learning standards and the latest legislation
  • Where provided, feedback will be reviewed and, where appropriate responded to within two weeks
  • All personal and sensitive data will be kept secure and in line with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the UK GDPR.
  • Mindboost reserves the right to amend this service level agreement from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Mindboost website
  • Customers will be allocated an optional feedback form on completion of their course and may be sent a follow-up review, to support us drive continuous customer improvement
