For many years Mindboost has been on a journey to create amazing learning expereiences that supports the growth and development of people and organisations. We are also on a mission to create the world’s best workplace, ensuring everyone finds their best selves and thrives.

No mean feat and “Good Luck with that.” you may say, but we are committed to this purpose and so are a lot of other people it seems.

How do we change the world?

One step at a time is the quick answer, but having a clear moonshot to start with that is purpose-led is the best starting point. We firmly believe that the world is changing and many people expect, crave and deserve an amazing environment to be their best selves.

This means different things to different people, but what does make sense is the better the environment and culture the better people feel, and the more inspired and enriched everyone feels. The knock-on is, you are highly likely to be the best version of yourself both in work and personal settings.

So, why the podcast?

The creation of the ‘I love it here‘ podcast came from a desire to publically vocalise this purpose, but also the opportunity to have a natter to like-minded people. The result is a conversation between a group of people all striving for the same moonshot purpose, but with different ideas on how to achieve it.

How does this help?

By having an open and organic conversation our aim is to inspire other listeners with small nuggets of information that may resonate with them personally. With no underlying agenda other than how each episode links to creating the best opportunities we aim to leave people with something to reflect on, use and talk about.

If this is the most that comes out of the podcast creation, we are happy people and can honestly say “I love it here!”.

How do you decide the topic of episodes?

Each episode is unscripted and mainly organic based on the experiences of the guests and hosts. Sometimes this takes a more personal spin and for others a more business spin, but it’s interesting nonetheless and always related to creating the worlds best environments. This way we believe listeners have a far more enriched and honest listen.

What’s next?

We aim to produce more episodes and invite a mixture of different guests. This allows the conversation to be broader and cover far more real-life experiences, challenges and discuss hot topics.

We’re always looking for guests that want to chat about this topic and always value the diversity of thought we have along the journey.

How do I listen?

The podcast is available on almost all podcast platforms including: Apple, Spotify, Google, Amazon and Youtube.

How do I get involved?

Simply send us a message, or reach out on LinkedIn, we’d love to hear from you…

Caleb Foster Digital Learning Geek
After gaining more than 20 years of experience in operational excellence in the hospitality and digital learning sectors, Caleb wanted to rid the world of dull ‘click next’ and ineffective elearning and solve the epidemic of uninspiring digital learning. Mindboost began back in 2016, when Caleb, saw a huge opportunity to create better quality digital learning content that connects with learners emotionally to encourage a desire to learn more. Caleb realised there was a lack of true understanding of an organisation’s culture and inner-working when learning providers were presented with a request from a client. So, the Mindboost team get under the cover of an organisation’s performance need and ultimately look to connect with learners emotionally. When a learner is connected emotionally, they tend to start believing in a change, this then generates a feeling and makes a greater impact within the organisation than just conveying information.
