We call this ‘learning with feeling’ and each piece of bespoke digital learning we craft for clients focusses on three key areas:

  • Think – What do you want the person to think, as a result of experiencing the learning?
  • Feel – How do you want the person to feel, as a result of experiencing the learning?
  • Do – What do you want the person to do, as a result of experiencing the learning?

It sounds simple, but it really isn’t and too often the easy approach is to focus on creating learning with lots of text and stock imagery. Evidence proves that if we are emotionally stimulated by something, we become more curious and then invest significantly higher in it.
